At the top, you’ll see three core actions:

  • Start writing a document – Begin an LOI, email, report, or other text with AI assistance.

  • Work on an application – Create or refine grant proposals inside a structured workspace.

  • Explore funders – Search for potential funders that align with your mission.

Handy shortcuts to frequently used tools:

  • Grants – Create and manage grant applications.

  • Files – Upload and curate your supporting materials.

  • Organization Profile – Keep your org information up to date.

  • Settings – Manage your account preferences and billing.

Continue Working

This section shows the grants you’ve worked on most recently. Click a card to pick up right where you left off.

Sidebar Navigation

On the left, the sidebar provides deeper navigation:

  • Content – Files, Documents, Notes, Discover (Beta).

  • Records – Funders, People, Opportunities, Grants, Programs.

  • Organization – Profile, Style Guide.

  • Utilities – Help, Settings.

Recommended Next Steps

If you’re just starting out:

  1. Open Grants and upload your first RFP.

  2. Add supporting documents like reports or past proposals in Files.
