How to get started in Grantable

Make sure your Grantable account is ready to go with these quick setup steps.

1. Create your account

  • Go to app.grantable.com

  • Sign up with your email and use the magic link or emailed code to access your account

  • Log in to access your dashboard

💡 You can belong to multiple organizations if you collaborate with more than one team.


2. Set up your organization profile

  • From the sidebar, click Organization → Profile

  • Enter your organization’s name, address, and mission statement

  • Upload a logo to personalize your workspace

💡 Keeping this info updated helps auto-fill common details in proposals.


3. Complete your user profile

  • Go to Settings → User

  • Add your name, role, and (optional) profile picture

  • Connect your Google Drive account if you want to import files

💡 Accurate profile settings ensure smoother collaboration and notifications.


4. Explore the Home screen

  • Review the Capabilities at the top (start writing, work on an application, explore funders)

  • Use Quick Access to jump to grants, files, and settings

  • Look at Continue Working for recent projects you can reopen

💡 The Home screen is your launchpad for daily work.


5. Create your first grant application

  • Go to Grants or select Work on an Application from the Home screen

  • Upload or paste an RFP to start a new grant project

  • Add supporting files like past proposals, budgets, or reports
