How to Manage Billing and Subscriptions

Keep your Grantable account current by managing your plan, seats, and payment details in one place.

1. Where to find billing

  • From the sidebar, go to Settings → Billing

  • Here you’ll see your current plan, number of seats, and payment method

💡 Only admins can view and manage billing.


2. Updating your payment method

  • In Billing, under Payment method, click Edit to manage

  • Enter new credit card or ACH details

  • Changes apply immediately to future invoices


3. Changing your plan

  • In Billing, click Manage subscription

  • Compare available plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, Enterprise)

  • Select your desired plan and confirm

💡 Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.


4. Adding or removing seats

  • Go to Settings → Team

  • Click Invite user to invite additional users by email

  • To remove a seat, change a member’s role to Viewer or remove them entirely

💡 Collaborator seats cost 25% of a full seat. Viewer seats are free.


5. Viewing invoices

  • In Billing, locate the Invoice section

  • Receipts include plan, seats, and taxes (if applicable)


6. Handling failed payments

  • If a payment fails, you’ll see an alert in Billing

  • Update your payment method and retry

  • Accounts with unpaid invoices may be temporarily paused until resolved

💡 Resolve failed payments quickly to avoid service disruption.
