It is increasingly common for grantors to use grant portals to receive submissions. Follow these steps to bring application questions into Grantable when grantors do not provide downloadable documents.
Navigate to the application
Create an account in the grantor's application portal and navigate to the application questions.
Tip: Look for or inquire about an option to download the application. If you are able to download the entire application, follow these instructions to upload it to Grantable.
Create a new blank file in Grantable
From the home screen, navigate to the Content section using the left menu.
Click the green New button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select the New file option.
Copy and paste all the application text into the new file.
Tip: This is identical to the process most people use when importing grant portal text into Microsoft Word or Google Docs to work on in those word processors.
