Files Tab
The Files section in your Workspace provides a centralized location to view and manage all files uploaded and created in your grant projects. Files are organized in a familiar hierarchical structure similar to popular cloud storage platforms.
File Organization
The files table displays your content in a nested structure with the following features:
Files and folders can be organized hierarchically with unlimited nesting
Custom labels can be applied to both files and folders for easy categorization
Sort and filter options help you quickly locate specific files
Creating New Files and Folders
To add new content, use the buttons in the upper right corner of the screen:
New button: Creates either a new folder or working file
Upload files button: Allows you to upload existing files from your computer
Note: While the "New working file" option creates a document using our legacy word processor, we recommend using our new document style for optimal functionality.
Managing Files and Folders
To manage your files and folders:
Check the box next to any file or folder to reveal management options
Use the Move option to relocate files or folders to a different location
Apply or modify tags to improve organization
Delete files or folders when they're no longer needed
