Workspace overview

The home screen of the Grantable web app is called the Workspace page and it's where you can browse all your other Workspaces and Grant projects you have access to in an account.

Workspace Sections

The left side menu allows you to navigate to important areas of your account including:

Grants

Your Grants section is where you can access and manage all the grant projects you are working on.

Grants are not simply documents, they are project containers that hold all the content and metadata that is important to each grant you are applying for.

Files

Your Files section is where you can access and manage all the documents you upload to your Grantable account.

Profile

Your Profile section is where you can access and manage durable organizational information, which can be easily referenced and inserted into grant applications.

Information that does not change over time—for example, addresses, websites, tax ID numbers, mission statements—are useful to store and reference from your Profile section.

Help

Clicking on the Help section will open your customer support chat beacon, and give you access to our help documentation center

Settings

The Settings section is where you can manage all the administrative actions of your account including:

General

User

Team

Billing

Navigating between workspaces

All available Workspaces (if you have more than one) can be accessed by clicking on the workspace name on the top left of your screen.

You can also search for workspaces by typing into the “Search organizations” field.

Note: We strongly recommend creating separate workspaces per grant-seeking organization. This is because when AI helps to select source material, it increases the risk of accidental informational cross-contamination if a single workspace contains content from multiple organizations.
