Billing Tab
The Billing section in your Workspace settings page allows Admins to manage all billing-related preferences and information. Here, you can view subscription details, manage payment methods, and access invoice history.
Viewing Subscription Details
In the Billing section, you can see your current subscription information, including:
Number of paid seats
Seat types and their distribution
Next invoice date and amount
Managing Payment Information
Admins can update payment details and billing contact information.
To update your payment method:
Click on Edit "Payment Method"
Enter new payment details
Save your changes
Billing Admin Settings
You can update the billing admin email address to ensure invoices and important billing notifications are sent to the right person.
Invoice History
Access your complete billing history, including:
Past invoices
Payment records
Downloadable invoice PDFs
All invoices are stored securely and can be downloaded for your records at any time.
Upgrading or downgrading your plan
Downgrading to Free Plan If you're on a paid plan and want to downgrade to a free account while retaining your data, follow these steps:
Login to your account
Navigate to the settings area: https://app.grantable.co/settings/general
Go to billing: https://app.grantable.co/settings/billing
Click "Manage Subscription" in the top right
Select "Downgrade to Free"
This option allows you to keep your workspace and data while switching to the free plan features.
Deleting Workspace Account Account deletion is a permanent action that can only be performed by an Admin.
To delete your workspace account, scroll to the bottom of the General settings page and click the Delete Workspace button. You will be asked to confirm this action as it cannot be undone.
WARNING: Deleting your workspace cannot be undone—all data will be permanently deleted. If you wish to retain your data, but pause a paid plan, we suggest downgrading your account to Free using the instructions above.
