Billing Tab
The Billing section in your Workspace settings page allows Admins to manage all billing-related preferences and information. Here, you can view subscription details, manage payment methods, and access invoice history.
Viewing Subscription Details
In the Billing section, you can see your current subscription information, including:
Number of paid seats
Seat types and their distribution
Next invoice date and amount
Managing Payment Information
Admins can update payment details and billing contact information.
To update your payment method:
Click on Edit "Payment Method"
Enter new payment details
Save your changes
Billing Admin Settings
You can update the billing admin email address to ensure invoices and important billing notifications are sent to the right person.
Invoice History
Access your complete billing history, including:
Past invoices
Payment records
Downloadable invoice PDFs
All invoices are stored securely and can be downloaded for your records at any time.
