Switching between multiple organization workspaces

It's important to keep organization workspaces and content separate, while easily moving between them.

When using AI, which can make choices for us be selecting source material to draft content, it's more important than ever to make sure we're controlling our information environments. That's why we've created Grantable to separate organization workspaces to prevent cross-contamination, and still make it effortless to move between organizations you're working with.


Creating a new organization workspace

From your home screen, click on your organization name dropdown in the upper left corner of the screen.

This will reveal a list of organizations you are part of, and the option to create a + New organization.

Clicking the + New organization option will prompt you to provide an organization name to create a new Free Grantable account of which you will be the sole administrative user.

Tip: Creating different organization accounts is the only way to ensure that content from different organizations is never selected by the AI assistant to draft content.

Moving between organizations

To move between different organization workspaces you are a member of, follow the same directions from your home screen to click the organization name dropdown in the upper left corner.

When you see the dropdown menu with the organizations you are a member of, click the organization workspace you wish to move to.
