It's really good that you're reading this article because it means you're paying attention to how your data is being used. We take seriously the responsibility of handling your content and do our best to ensure its privacy and security.

Your content is never shared with other users

Documents you upload to your Grantable account are stored securely in our systems and are not shared between users outside of your organization. Grantable does not train the AI models we use, nor do the providers of these models use your content to train their models.

How the AI model handles your data

When you initiate an AI action in Grantable, we are sending the minimum amount of contextual information necessary to the AI language model to fulfill your request. This usually involves your instructions to the AI (the prompt) and contextual source material that helps the model to respond in an accurate way that is reflective of your writing.

Grantable has an API license with OpenAI to use their GPT series models, the terms of which forbid the use of data we transmit to them to be used for model training or product improvement.
